Reformer Pilates
The reformer is a sliding carriage on a frame. Adjustable springs add resistance or support, a footbar gives you something to push from, and straps hold your hands or feet. That means every exercise can be made easier or harder for your level.
Classes are small-group and instructor-led, in a dedicated studio with arched mirrors, a draped ceiling and the Nü logo wall.
